Hank's skin was baby soft and clear for the first 3.5 years of his life, mostly due to living in humid San Francisco. We moved to dry Las Vegas in the beginning of 2020.
After a year of living in Las Vegas, we started to notice faint white spots pop up throughout Hank's body, legs, and arms. We went to a dermatologist and he mentioned it was probably just a case of eczema.
A year later, the spots grew larger and more noticeable across Hank’s body and face. As classmates began asking questions and teasing him, we sought a second opinion. The new doctor diagnosed him with pityriasis—a condition where the skin doesn’t retain moisture, often caused by Las Vegas’s dry climate.
After trying various prescription creams, Hank’s mom found mango butter effective. Seeing improvement and wanting a natural solution for the whole family, Hank’s dad created Hank’s Body Butter. Within months, Hank’s skin cleared up—his white patches faded and eczema flareups stopped. Now, we aim to help others in similar situations at a more affordable price than competitors.
